Custom Orders

Before we can begin any custom orders we'll need to know what you're looking for. First, think about if you're looking for screen printing or embroidery. Also, are you looking to print on your own product that you will provide to us or do you want us to use what we have? In addition, start to gather visual examples, logos, graphics, etc. that you want us to use or see. Save all of this information and use it to fill out the inquiry form in the next step.

Hats we offer:
Richardson 112, Richardson 256, Flexfit 110 Fully Woven and 110 Trucker, Yupoong Classics Fully Woven and Trucker. Colors dependent on availability.

Shirts we offer:
Gildan G800 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester, American Apparel, and 5.11.

Have your own product?
Awesome! We're happy to stitch up or print on your products. Just know we accept no responsibility should your item get damaged in the emroidery or design process. Stuff happens so have a plan. This policy is designed to keep costs low for all of our customers.

Using the information you've gathered about your project in the previous step you'll be able to fill out our custom order inquiry form. Please ensure you fill out the form with as much detail as possible. This will help us determine the feasibility and cost of your project.

Once we receive your custom order inquiry we will review it and reach out to you to discuss your project.

Please understand we reserve the right to refuse our services to you based on your design, our technical capabilities, or availability. Know that some things just won't embroider or screen print well but we are happy to discuss your options in detail with you so you get exactly what you need.

If we confirm the details and project with you we will send you a digital invoice in which you will need to take care of before we can begin work.

Once your invoice is taken care of we will begin the project. At this point we will begin work or will send you instructions on how to send us your product if you are providing it to us. At some point during this step we will send you an estimated completion and shipping date of your custom order.
